Frontend Developer — React / Next.js

ConfessIt.LOL is looking for a Frontend Developer who cares about both how a product looks and how it feels to use.
You will build fast, responsive and polished user experiences across mobile and desktop, turning product ideas and designs into interfaces that feel smooth, simple and intuitive.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working on real production interfaces, improving existing UI and paying attention to responsiveness, performance and interaction details.
Strong projects and practical frontend ability matter more to us than certificates.
Responsibilities
Build user-facing features using React and Next.js. Develop reusable components using Tailwind CSS. Create responsive mobile-first interfaces. Convert Figma/product concepts into production-ready UI. Build loading, empty, error and interactive states properly. Improve animations and micro-interactions where useful. Integrate frontend components with backend APIs. Improve accessibility. Optimize Core Web Vitals and page performance. Reduce unnecessary client-side JavaScript and rendering. Test across browsers and screen sizes. Find and fix UI bugs. Improve existing components instead of duplicating them. Help establish a consistent ConfessIt.LOL design system.
