confessit.lol
A campus-scoped place to say the thing you would not put your name on.
What this is
Each campus has its own feed. You post a confession, it appears in your campus and nowhere else unless the author chooses differently, and readers react, reply or quote it. There is also a jobs board, because the same students who need somewhere anonymous to talk also need somewhere to find work.
How anonymity works here
Posting does not ask for your name, phone number or email. Your identity on the site is scoped to your device, which is what stops one reader from impersonating another — and it is also the honest limit of the promise: this is anonymity from other readers, not from the law.
We publish what we do and do not keep in the Privacy Policy, and you can read the rules we hold confessions to in the Community Rules.
What happens to a confession
Confessions are checked by automated safety filters and then by a person where the filters are unsure. The author always sees their own post immediately; the reading public only sees it once that check has settled, and a confession that is pulled back is pulled back into a held state rather than deleted quietly. Names, phone numbers and addresses are what get a confession held most often.
Who can be here
Campuses in India, and readers who are 18 or older — that age line is not decoration, it is why the rules read the way they do. Missing your campus? It can be requested, and someone checks it.
Who keeps it standing
Sponsorships and voluntary donations pay for the servers and the moderation queue — which is why the site carries no tracking circus and no paywall. If you want to see how that works, the sponsor page is the whole story.
