WE CAME WITH QUESTIONS. WE MET BARRICADES. Delhi Protest | October 10, 2026 Swipe to know what happened →
WHY WERE PEOPLE PROTESTING? Young protesters raised concerns about voter-list revisions and demanded accountability from the Election Commission. The Election Commission has denied allegations of wrongdoing.
THE PROTEST NEVER REACHED ITS PLANNED DESTINATION. Police restricted access to Jantar Mantar, and thousands of protesters were reportedly detained across Delhi. Authorities cited public safety and law-and-order concerns.
BEHIND EVERY PROTEST IS A VOICE. A student worried about their future. A citizen concerned about their vote. A generation asking questions about democracy.
WHEN PEOPLE TAKE TO THE STREETS, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? The right to peaceful protest matters. So does public safety. How should a democracy protect both?
QUESTIONS DESERVE ANSWERS. PEACEFUL VOICES DESERVE TO BE HEARD. What do you think about the Delhi protests? @confessit.lol

I don't usually talk about politics, but the recent Delhi protests genuinely made me think. Why is it so difficult for people with different political opinions to have a meaningful conversation? Some are worried about electoral transparency. Others are concerned about law and order. But shouldn't we be able to discuss both without turning everything into a political fight? I'd genuinely love to hear different perspectives. #DelhiProtest #JantarMantar #YouthVoice #Democracy #PublicOpinion

Every campus has one professor everyone is afraid of and one professor everyone skips. The second one is why the first one matters.

Placement season breaks everyone a little and then everyone carries it quietly. Nobody posts about the second part.

Every college in the country is waiting for the same portal right now. Somewhere in there, a server is having a worse week than we are.

Whoever decided the evening slot for a country's most stressful activity should be held accountable and probably studied.

It is late and everyone's posting. That is a very reliable indicator that nobody is sleeping tonight.

the friend group chat has 68 people and 4 of them talk. the other 64 have notifications muted. once a month one of the 4 sends a 'guys?' and gets a react from 2. we have been doing this for 2 years. it is not a friendship group. it is a group chat that costs 400 rupees a month split four ways and we all keep paying it.

Oracle cut 21,000 jobs globally this year, around 12,000 of them in India. then in September another wave, 3,000 more here. what gets me is the method: system access off at 4am, Slack disconnected by 5:30, email at 6. you find out by failing to log in to your own laptop

The gap between a college's brochure placement number and the actual number is the country's best-running open secret.
